Can I change my order after submitting it?
No, you cannot change your order once you've submitted it online. The mat or rug you order actually begins its manufacturing process on the same day that your order is processed. So, look at the sizes, colors and backings carefully before you place your order to make sure that you will get the rug or mat that best fits your needs.
No changes are permitted once an order has been placed!

Is it safe to use my credit card to order a mat or rug online?
We have taken every precaution to make your transactions secure. All account information submitted to us is safely isolated from unauthorized Internet access and is routed, processed and secured by VeriSign.

How can I pay for my order?
Orders are handled by a secure shopping cart that accepts:
MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover Card and PayPal.
Art Matters will also accept checks and money orders. Only U.S. funds are accepted. If you would like to send a check, please print your order and send it to the address below.
Please include :
- mat titles, sizes and item numbers
- your mailing address (Fed Ex does not deliver to PO Boxes) and phone number
- your check covering the price of all mats that you're ordering, shipping charges and sales tax (for New Mexico residents)

Is sales tax charged?
Sales tax will be applied only to orders made by residents of New Mexico.
How will my order be shipped?
We usually ship your order within 7 - 10 days of your order. It will ship from LaGrange, Georgia, by Fed Ex Ground, to anywhere in the United States. Foreign orders are not accepted at this time.
Where will I see the shipping/handling charges?
Shipping charges will be added automatically on the order form during check out. You will see the amount of shipping at the same time that you see the total charges for the mats and runners that you order.
When will my order ship?
All mats and rugs are shipped FedEx Ground from LaGrange, Georgia, as soon as they're manufactured, so please do not use a P.O.Box for a shipping address. Shipping charges are added during checkout.
Since most of the mats or runners that you order from Art Matters, LLC take 9-10 days to manufacture, you can expect your order to ship approximately two weeks after placing it. At the present time, however, all the 2x2 and 3x3 mats take 4-6 weeks to manufacture, so you can expect square mats to ship four to six weeks after you order them.
Will the Manufactured Mats look exactly like the online photos?
You can expect slight color variations between the computer image of the mat you order and the manufactured mat that you receive since they are two different mediums: one is textile the other electronic.
What is your policy on Privacy?
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to others.
What is your return policy?
Occasionally mats or runners come from the factory with defects. If you should receive a mat or runner that is defective, send it back to us for a replacement, with our apologies for the inconvenience. We will ship your new mat or runner ASAP, at our expense.
